The best way to get an idea of what our gym in Orange, TX is all about is to come in and experience one of our free intro classes.  In these classes, we will go over some basic CrossFit movements and perform short workout based on those movements. You will sweat and you will be sore the next day. So wear comfortable clothes and drink plenty of water before you come. Post workout we will go over the basics of what CrossFit is and and how it can help you become your best self. We will explain why the methods we use  in CrossFit have caused people around the world to become addicted to this lifestyle of living your best life.

Our Intro class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be scaled to your current level of fitness. Come in, try us out, and let us show you how CrossFit differs from other workout methods and why it produces extraordinary results.



Challenge45 is a 45 day Challenge (bet you didn’t guess that haha) that we encourage everyone to do when joining CrossFit EOR. Our goal is to fully understand your athletic abilities, personality, eating habits, body composition and fitness goals.

We start by simply asking you a series of questions designed to help us get to know you better. Then we perform a Body Composition Analysis to establish some baselines so we know who you are on a more scientific level. We then put you through a series of workouts to gauge the parameters of your current athletic ability. Next, we go over your schedule and figure out how to fit Crossfit into your current schedule. Lastly, we talk about nutrition and find out what you put in your body and and how often.

Only after we have all this information do we custom tailor a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. Then, your job is to show up, do the work, give your maximum effort, ask questions, learn, and most importantly, have fun becoming the best YOU! We will provide you with the tools and ongoing support, to make sure you are maximizing the benefits of our program to achieve you goals in the most efficient way possible.

Our goal with Challenge45 is to introduce you to CrossFit methodology and to show how to implement it into your life to become the best YOU!



Whether you are young, old, new to CrossFit or a CrossFit veteran, we can scale our program to meet you where you are in life to help you become the best version of yourself.  Our trainers will help you perfect technique so that movements are done correctly and safely thereby ensuring that you reach your goals as efficiently as possible. Our classes are limited to 10 so that each person can be given the proper amount of attention from our coaches. Classes last one hour and include a warmup, skill work, a workout of the day(WOD) and, if time allows, a cool down. Before we put you in our group classes, a coach will work 1-on-1 with you to prepare you for the movements we use in our workouts. This usually takes between 3 and 6 sessions but could be more depending on your skill level and how fast you catch on. This will be at the coach’s and your discretion, collectively.

You must supply your body with the right macro and micro nutrients in order to have energy to work out  and also to recover post workout. Our coaches can design a nutritional plan that caters to your unique body composition, your goals and your level of activity. We will design your meals based on your likes and dislikes, identify foods to avoid and provide you with a shopping list, recipes and eating schedule.

The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness and fitness contexts.
